Nine new telephone connections were made with the Pukekohe telephone exchange this week, bringing the total number up to 44. The seven subscribers still required in order to secure the 8 to 8 service have been promised, and as soon as their applications have been filled the extended service w '1 be enjoyed at th's exchange.
