RADIATORS: The use of 1 kw. only Radiator is to be allowed during the following hours daily, 8.30 a.m. to 10.30 aim., 2 p.m. to 4 p-m-, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., where no other means of heating is available and in cases of hardship. CONTINUOUS SERVICE WATER HEATERS : Water Heaters at present being supplied under these conditions must be disconnected from supply be tween the hours of 4-30 p.m. and 6.30 p.m- daily.
