COUNTRY ASSOCIATIONS South Auckland Body ■ A‘further meeting in the attempt to resuscitate the South Auckland Association of Country Chambers of Commerce was held in Matamata on Monday when the following delegates attended: Messrs. EdgCumbe, Kelly, Howden, Acres (Hamilton), Craig (Te Awamuttv) Sharp, Hollis, Harris and Griffiths (Mafcamata). ' An apology was received from the Morrinsville chamber and Mr. H. E. Schofield, president of the association, who was ill. On the motion of Messrs. Sharp and Kelly it was decided that the next meeting be held at Morrinsville and that the chamber in that centre be asked to arrange the details. The meeting will be held in late September.
