Wartime conditions have accustomed the public to hearing from the “ public relations section ” of any considerable body of troops. Much the same arrangement bus been provided for in the odyssey of the contingent of Boy Scouts which sailed in the Rangitata last week. They' have with them a scouter, David Yerex, who has had journalistic training and who will issue regular bulletins to keep parents and friends of the Scouts throughout the country an fait with the progress and activities of the contingent. The first bulletin records the Scouts' sightseeing and other activities during the four days' unexpected delay in the ship’s departure from Wellington, and adds thanks for the public's interest and assistance in their entertainment.
