Notice is hereby given that an additional charge of Ten per centum will be added to all Rates for the year 1932-33 remaining unpaid after 24th MARCH, 1^33. If the Government decides to pay a special subsidy on the abovementioned Rates similar to that granted last year, a . refund of his proportion of the subsidy will be made to each Ratepayer who has paid his Rates in full on or before the above date.
