RESULT OF POLL FOR PROPOSED LOAN, NGATURI-AOHANGA ROAD. THE following is the result of a Poll taken on November 14th, 1891, on a proposal to borrow Ffteen Hundred Pounds under the provisions of the Government Loans to Local Rodies Act, 1886, for forming the Ngaturi-Aolianga Road from end of present formation to the junction of the WoodviHe-Aohanga Road. Number of ratepayers on roll 11, representing 14 votes. Number of ratepayers who voted for the proposal 8, representing 11 votes. Number of votes not recorded 8. A majority of ratepayers exercising more than one-half of the total number of votes being in favor of the proposal, I declare it carried. SAMUEL BOLTON, Chairman Pahiatua County Council. UTIHE following is the result of a JL Poll taken on November 14th, 1891, on a proposal to borrow Seven Hundred Pounds under the provisions of the Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886, foT the purpose of metalling Woodville-Tiraumea to Ngaturi Road. Number of ratepayers on roll 4, representing 4 votes. Number of ratepayers who voted for the proposal 2 ; numberof ratepayers who voted against the proposal 2. RESULT OF POLL FOR PROPOSED LOAN, MANGAHAO. rpilE following is the result of a JL Poll taken on November 14th, 1891, on a proposal to borrow One Thousand Pounds under the provisions of the Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886, for clearing, forming, and badges on roads—(l). Leading from crossing Mangaliao River at James Sinclair's to Section 105, Block VI., Mangahao ; (2). From junction of above road at Section 102 to Section 11, Block IX; (8). From junction of last mentioned road at Section 94, Block VI. to Section 2, Block VI. Number of ratepayers on roll 88, representing 88 votes. Number of ratepayers who voted for the proposal 23 ; votes unrecorded 15. A majority of ratepayers exercising more than one-half of the votes, being in favor of the proposal, I declare it carried.
