Number of ratepayers on roll 11, representing 14 votes. Number of ratepayers who voted for the proposal 8, representing 11 votes. Number of votes not recorded 8. From junction of last mentioned road at Section 94, Block VI. to Section 2, Block VI. Number of ratepayers on roll 88, representing 88 votes. Number of ratepayers who voted for the proposal 23 ; votes unrecorded 15. A majority of ratepayers exercising more than one-half of the votes, being in favor of the proposal, I declare it carried.
