Lisbon, January 17. Excited mobs still continue gathering in different parts of the city, as a protest against the submission of the Portuguese Government to England. Twenty thousand people paraded the streets last night us a demonstration against surrender to England on the Zambesi question. January 18. The Portuguese are boycotting the English residents, and are cancelling contracts which have been made with them.
