The police said the prisoner was an old oflendor. The Nlavor saw! it was a disgrace to justice, the way Mr Souiicss and Mr M‘Gibbon acted. He was chair mail and would give the man a month. The other Justices should be in the place that the prisoner occupied. He blamed the clerk for favoring Messrs !• nine-' aid M'Gibbou, and .said that the whole tiling was a plot. The police uupiind as to what verxlict was to lie acted upon, but no reply was given, and His Worship adjourned the Court till next morning. He would appeal to the Minister of Justice at once.
