H AVE been favored with instructions to sell by public auction, at their rooms, Wellington, on Tuesday, 31st January, at 2 o’clock— All that valuable freehold land, portions of sections 8 and 20 of Block VIII., Mangahao Survey District, containing 5 acres 2 roods, viz. : Lots 106*, 106 b, 107*, 107 b, 108 a, 108 b, 109 a, 109 b, 110 a, 110 b, and 125 a, part of section 8, shewn on deposited plans numbers 281 and 305, being also part of section 20, of Block VIII., Mangahao Survey District, and portion of the lands comprised in certificate of title, registered volume 87, folio 275 ; the said lands being the whole of the land comprised in memorandum of mortgage registered in the District Land Registry Office, at Wellington, under number 7498, together with the commodious dwellinghouse and greenhouse, in the occupation of Mr W. W. McCardle. Lots 125, 126, 127. 128, 129, 132, and 138, part of section No. 8, shewn on deposited plans numbered 281 and 305, being also part of section No. 20 of Block VIII., Mangahao Survey District, and portions of the lands comprised in certificate of title registered volume 87, folio 285. The said lands being the whole of the lands comprised in memorandum of encumbrance registered in the District Laud Registry Office, at Wellington, under No. 7499, with butcher's shop and house erected thereon.
