IN PURSUANCE of the Provision of “The Local Election and Polls Act, 1908 and 1913,” I hereby give notice that an election of FIVE MEMBERS of the Pelorus Road Board will be held on Saturday, May 4th 1918,' and I hereby appoint the Pelorus Road Board Office, Havelock, as the place, and Wednesday the 24th day of April, 1918, before 12 o’clock noon as the time for the nomination of candidates, who must be nominated in the manner prescribed by the said Acts. Nomination papers can be obtained at the office during office hours. Messrs E. F. Healey . (Pelorus), J. Kennington (Kaituna), and James Fulton (Mahakipawa) retire by effuxion of time but .are elegible for re-election. Owing to the re-division of Pelorus Sub-division, Chas.
