NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS.

Casual Advertisements are inserted in this paper at 3s 6d per inch for first, second and third insertion, or one insertion only at 4s per inch. Arrangements can bo made for monthly, quarterly, or yearly business advertisements, but notice of withdrawal must bo given in writing before the tom expires, or the advertisement will be renewed for a similar period and charged at full rates. Ordinary advertisements, specially ordered above the loader, 4s 6d per inch. Advertisements inserted by the quarter, or any other period, will bo contimud at expiration of the same, unless special instructions are given to the contrary. Advertisements sent without the number of insertions being specified will be continued until notice of discontinuance is forwarded in writing. HUBSOEIPTION RATES. Per quarter (posted) .. 7s 6d. Per quarter (delivered) 6s 6d. If paid in advance 10 per cent, reduction will be allowed.
