WELLINGTON, May 30,

The Acting Postmaster-Genoral announces that an information bureau for prisoners of war has been established with the Rod Cross Society of the Portuguese colony of Mozambique, under the title of “Delegation Provincial dc la Crcix Rouge, Lonrcnco Marques.” Correspondence despatched through .’he bureau vill be free of postage. Such correspondence must near as part of the address the words: “Delegation Provincmle de la Croix Rouge, en Franchise do Port, Prisonniers de Guerre, Lo .reaco Marques.”
