THE BARRED ZONE
SWEEPING GERMAN STATEMENT New York, Feb. 22. A Berlin message states that the following authoritative statement has been issued : "We must repeat I again and again that whoever penetrates the barred zone perishes.” London, Feb. 22. Only British and Allied vessels are allowed to enter Plymouth until further notice.
