Late News of Warsaw.
Wellington, Last Night.
Although there is still no definite news of the evacuation of Warsaw, late reports indicate that the Russians have withdrawn from the city. It is believed that the Russian retirement is being carried out deliberately, and on a definite plan. Fierce fighting continues on the Narew, where the Tsar's troops have scored some successes.
The report of the occupation of Lublin by the Austrians has been confirmed.
