Stringing a Ring.

Take a piece of cord, about three feet in length, and tie the ends together, making a complete circle of it. Then slip the doubled stringthrough the ring - and hold between the thumbs, as shown in the accompanying illustration.

Now invite someone to try to take the ring off the string without taking the string oil' either oi your thumbs.
