Germany’s Navy.
Berlin, Nov. 22. According to the “ Kieler Neueste Naohrichten,” which is unoontradioled, the Government have prepared a Navy Bill involving an additional outlay of seventeen and a half millions sterling, spread over seven years. Other newspapers declare that the Government will not introduce a Bill for that purpose, but are studying other means of meeting the the public wishes, “ Germania ” (Conservative) declares that a new Navy Bill would be such a sharp provocation to England that it might immediately lead to war.
