HAVELOCK HARBOUR BOARD. In accordance with the provisions of “ The Harbours Act, 1908,” “ The Local Elections and Polls Act, 1908,” and the amendments thereof, respectively; OTIOE is hereby given that BUCKMAN, William Henry and TAYLOR, Thomas David have been duly nominated for the offices of two members of the Havelock Harbour Board, for the Havelock Town District portion of the Havelock Harbour District; and as the number of the Candidates does not exceed the number of vacancies to be filled I hereby declare the abovenamed Candidates duly elected as members of the Havelock Harbour Board. Notice is also given that CRISPIN, Robert Francis has been duly nominated for the office of one member of the Havelock Harbour Board, for that portion of the Kaituna Subdivision of the Pelorus Road District included in the Havelock Harbour District; and as the number of the candidates does not exceed the number of vacancies to be filled I hereby declare the abovenamed candidate duly elected a member of the Havelock Harbour Board.
