Kitchener and the Scouts.

AN APPRECIATION. London, April 20. At a Coronation review in Leicestershire Lord Kitchener said that, the Boy Scout movement broke down class prejudice and promoted comradeship, discipline, and resourcefulness; The scout ideals were the highest Christianity and patriotism. They should never forget that “ once a Scout always a scout.” When the nation had a million men and boys imbued with the scout spirit it might be proud of itself.
