Jack Sprat could eat no fat. His wife no lean could eat, And so they lived on veg’tables, Which cost as much as meat.

The King was in his counting-house Counting out his money, The Queen was in the parlour # ■ Eating bread and honey ; t?,l And just because the King, sir, Had to buy that bread and honey, It kept him busy all the time A-counting out his money. M
