IN aci ordance with the provisions of “ The Road Boards Act, 1882,” “ The Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876,” and Acts amending the same : Notice is hereby given that the General Election for SIX members of the above Board will take place as under. Nominations, in the form of the second schedule of “ The Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876,” must be delivered to the Returning Officer, or addressed to him and delivered at the office of the Board iu Havelock, at any time before noun of MONDAY, the 25th APRIL, 1904.
