Tragic Death of a Solicitor.
Sydney, April 13. Walter Lindsay Thompson, a prominent City solicitor, was found fatally shot in his office. The fatality is supposed to be accidental. . His life was insured for f, 25,000, including £IOOO in the New Zealand Accident insurance Company. A la-ge portion of the total was arranged for within the past year, /7000 since January last. A coroner’s intjueit was ope ied and postponed at the recja.s. of the insurance companies interested, pending a post m ortem examination
