IT is hereby publicly notified that the Statutory Meetings of Householders for the Election of School Committees throughout the District, shall be held on MONDAY, 26th day of April, 1904, at the following times and places:— The Schoolhouses at Blenheim, Canvastown, Cullensville, Fairhall, Fabian’s Valley, Grove, Havelock, Havelock Suburban, Kaituna, Marlboroughtown, Marshlands, okara mi p, Omaka, Onamalutu, Picton, Rai Valley, Renwick, Seddon (foe the Awatere school district), Spring Creek, Springlands, Tua Marina, Wairau Valley and Waitohi, at 7.80 p.m. At the Scboolhouse, Waitaria Bay (for the Pelurus Bound district), at 12.30 p.m. The number of members to be elected is as follows : I or the Blenheim School District, nine members. For the Fairhall, Grove, Kahuna, Fabian Valley, Omaka, Rai Valley, and Wairau Valley School Districts, five members each ; for the remaining School Districts, seven members each. The Board hereby calls upon the of the several School Districts to send, in writing, to the Chairmen of tbeir respective districts, not later than 8 o’clock p.m. on MONDAY, 18th April, the names of persons, being resident householders, Dominated by them for election to serve on the Committee for the ensuing year. Each nomination mus be signed by the" proposer and by the candidate. The first meetings of the new Committees for the election of Chairmen, shall be held at the same places, immediately after the election. By order of the Board. JOHN SMITH, Secretary.
