OBITUARY ENTERPRISE.
In America they mean business before all things. The following obituary notice from a New England town shows enterprise:—" Died on the 11th inst., at his shop, Greenwich-9treet, Mr. Edward Jone 3, much respected by all who knew and dealt with him. As a man be was amiable, as a master upright aud moderate, flia virtues were beyond all praise, and his beaver hats only three dellarti each, rle Ikis left a widow to deploie bis loss, and a laige stock to be sold cheap for the benefit of his family. He was snatched to the other world in the prime of life, just as he had concluded an extensive purchase of felt, which ho got ho cheap that his widow can supply hats at more reasonable rates than any house in the citv. His disconsolate family will carry on business with punctuality."
