HAVELOCK TOWN BOARD. NOTICE OF SPECIAL RATE. NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting, held on the 22nd day of November, 1902, the Board levied a Special Rate of one half-penny in the £ on the « rateable value of the properties in the Havelock Town District, as shown on the valuation roll now in force, for a term of 26 years from the first day of February, 1903, to be an annually recurring rate payable half-yearly at the office of the Board, Havelock, on Bth day of August and the Bth day of February in each year, for the purpose of repaying interest charges on a loan of £6OO for the purpose of supplying the town Avith AAuiter.
