If his period of residence in Australia was 15 to 20 years, however, it is believed that the immigration authorities could not prohibit his landing.
Lawlor, aged 45 years, who was arrested following the firing of a shot near the Duchess of Kent’s motor car in Belgrave Square on June 5, was bound over for a year on condition that he goes to Australia within a month.
