POSTPONED TILL MAY MARCHES IN OTHER CITIES BIG FORCE IN MOROCCO TANGIER CONCENTRATION (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. April 19, 10 a.m.) LONDON, April IT. A message from Seville states that General Franco has postponed the Madrid victory march by the Nationalist forces until May 15, which is the city’s patron saint day. In the meantime parades are to be held at Seville, Valencia and Burgos. The Tangier correspondent of the British United Press reports that about 12,000 Spanish troops have been transported from the mainland to Spanish Morocco during the past 48 hours. All are concentrated near the Tangier zone. Spanish newspapers in Tangier report that 90,000 soldiers are now stationed in, Spanish Morocco, compared with 38,000 before, the civil war,
