Planting of Trees The Whangarei County Council has decided that, as Centennial memorials, the ibeaches and reserves in the county should be planted with native trees. Along the road to Port Whangarei an avenue of trees is to be planted iby the Whangarei Harbour Board to commemorate former members of the board.
