Fruit Juices The bottling of fruit juices is one of the many lines of research' engaging the attention of the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research. The apple juices bottled last year are now undergoing tests as to flavour. Observations made at the time of bottling indicate that Jonathan is the variety of apple likely to provide the ideal “single variety” juice, and that Sturmers will prove excellent foi the improvement of the juice from weakflavoured varieties of apples.
