20 WORKMEN KILLED
AVALANCHES IN FRANCE (Roc. March 25, 2.30 p.m.) TOULOUSE, March 24. Avalanches buried 20 workmen near La Cisour and engulfed half the village of Bareges under 70ft of snow. Further casualties are feared.
