APPEAL BY DALADIER
HEARTS AND ARMS DIFFICULT TIME AHEAD (Rccd. March 27. 11 a.m.) PARIS, March 25. The Premier of .France, M. Daladier, in a speech to industrialists, said that the safety of the country depended on the union of all citizens. The difficult hours before France required the mobilisation of hearts as well as arms. He urged employers
