WAIROA’S STATE HOUSES
.'.(Special to the Herald.) WAIROA, this day. “Wairoa’s State houses are to be officially opened at 2.30 p.m. next Friday, and I would like as many members of the council as possible to be present,” stated the Mayor, Mr. H. L. Barker, at the, monthly meeting of the Wairoa Borough Council. Mr. Harker added that he was pleased to learn that Mr. E. L. Cullen, M.P., was to officiate at the opening as he had dorie a lot of good for the district.
