WAR RISK COVERS LLOYD’S INSURANCE (Tor Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Lloyd's New Zealand representatives have received advice from London that their war risks rates are now as follow: United Kingdom to New Zealand, 7s (id per cent, an increase of ss; homeward, 10s per cent, an increase of ss; New Zealand to United States, via Cape, 5s per cent, an increase of 2s (id; via Panama, 2s 6d per cent, unchanged: .to Pacific ports, 2s Cd per rent, unchanged.
