CAR SMASH SEQUEL Dominic Lydon, the 23-year-old Irish boxer, in an notion for damages for persona] injuries at Oxford Assizes, England, alleged that as the result of a ear crash ho had losl his nerve. Defendants were Ted Broadribb, the boxing promoter, and Sir Archibald Southby, M.P., for Epsom. Lydon was given judgment against Broadribb for £340. In the other case, judgment was. given for Sir Archibald Southby. Mr. Eric Saehe, K.C., for Lydon, said that since the accident lie had had three fights, two of which he had lost. One other fight was arranged for him in November, but at the last moment Lydon felt he could not go on with it.
