MOTORIST REMANDED
INTOXICATION CHARGE (Pot Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. Spending Saturday evening at a friend's home, where liquor was consumed, Arthur Charles Griffiths, a waterside worker, borrowed his friend's car to procure pies. He was overtaken by a traffic officer travelling at a high speed and was -found to be in an advanced stage of intoxication. He was remanded in the Police Court yesterday in custody until Friday.
