GERMAN ENDEAVOURS MORE DETAILS WANTED (Reed. March 20, 9 a.m.) CAPETOWN, March 17. The South African Government is seeking further details before replying to the representations from- Germany requesting the relaxation of restrictions on German immigration in South-West Africa, admission to whicn has lately been refused to many Germans regarded as agitators.
