CONTACT WITH HITLER BERLIN MEETINGS (Reed. March 18, 1.40 p.rn.) LONDON, March 17. The Berlin correspondent of the United Press says it is understood that Herr Hitler, by telephone, apprised Signor Mussolini from Prague of the progress of the negotiations, and received the congratulations of II Duce. Herr Hitler informed Signor Mussolini from Berlin of the impending occupation of Czechoslovakia when the Czech President, Dr. Hacha, left the Chancellery in Berlin.
