LONDON, Feb. 10. An order for the compulsory wind-ing-up of the Middlesex Banking Company, Limited, was granted in the Chancery Division yesterday, after it had been said: “This is a bank which has been carrying on business in the City of London. Its last balancesheet shows cash in hand Is lid, and cash on deposit £10.”
