RUATORIA’S THIRTEENTH SHOW

A GREAT SUCCESS GOOD PATRONAGE CLASSES WELL SUPPORTED ATTRACTIVE EXHIBITS • EFFICIENT ORG AN IS ATI ON (Herald Correspondent.) The thirteenth annual Show of the Waiapu Pastoral and Industrial Association was 'held. 1 in the Gaiety Had, Ruatoria, last Saturday. The Show was well patronised, there being present a large number of visitors front all over the Coast. The entries 'in all sections were good and the success of the Show was due to the efficient organising of the secretary, Mr. Owen Johnston, and the work of an energetic committee. The cooking section was of a high standard, the outstanding feature being a decorated cake made by Mrs. Russeli. The local school displays created a great deal of interest, and the native section was very well supported. The decorative stall presented an attractive display. The entries in the photography section were numerous, and the standard of the photographs exhibited high.
