Eleven Gay Lothario youngsters, bred by the St. Albans Stud, realised G 725 guineas. A coll by Gay Lothario—Balkan Rose was purchased by El Golea’s owner, the Hon, A. Crofts, for 1100 guineas. A Gay Lothario—Donna Celesta colt was bought by Mr. A. G. Scott for 1150 guineas, and a Manfred — Moorama colt was acquired by Mr. A. Lane for 1150 guineas. Additional <ales were:—Manitoba—Werbelle colt, 1000 gns.; Manitoba —Sterepera colt, 1000 gns.; Lawmaker—Miss Meadows colt, 850 gns.; Gay Lothario —Sweet .Scho colt, 800 gns.; Manitoba— Uvert colt, 800 gns. Mr. W. Devon, New Zealand, paid >OO guineas for a Lo ZinganS—Recuperation colt.
