OPIUM ABOARD LINER
SEIZURE BY CUSTOMS ARREST Of'' SEAMAN (Reed. Mar. G, 9 a.m.) HONOLULU, Mar. 4. The Customs authorities seized eight tins of opium in the liner Aoranga on Friday and arrested a seaman, Walter Roxsin.
The vessel's departure for Vancouver was delayed half an hour The value of the opium was £4OO.
