SAVAGE INSPECTS NEW FACTORY.—Among the round of Ministerial visits to manufacturing concerns in and around Wellington in the past few days was one paid to the new factory of British Australian Lead, Manufacturers (N.Z.), Limited, at Lower Hutt. The Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage, and the Minister of Industries and Commerce, the Hoik D. G. Sullivan, and their party are seen watching the processing of Dulux. On the right of the Prime Minister is Mr. H. Douglas Guthrie, the company's general manager for New Zealand.
