KIDNAPPED CHILD
BODY DISCOVERED BRIGHTON, Eng.. Nov. 23.. The body of four-year-old Patricia Owens, who disappeared from her home in Hove on Monday, was found to-day in a vacant lot. Police investigated leads indicating that she had been kidnapped. Playmates said they had last seen hei accompanied by a man on a bicycle. The child’s hat was found a mile from her home and an abandoned bicycle believed to belong to her abductor was also picked up.
