PAN-AMERICAN PARTY ARGENTINE INFLUENCE (Rec. Dec. 24, 1.30'p.m.) BERLIN, Dec. 23. Germany is well pleased with the result of the Pan-American conference at Lima, especially in respect to the ultimate adoption of Argentina's solidarity resolution, instead of the more sharply-worded resolution sponsored by the United States.
