Squeaky Springs
pERTAJN cars fitted with laminate'! leaf springs are notorious for trie squeaks which arise from between the leaves as soon as the springs become dry. In many cases spraying the springs with oil once, a week, is necessary.
Another effective way of curing the trouble is to force a little square: of fairly thick mica between the leaves at tn'eir tips. These stay efficient for months.
