Approximately one-third of the cheese manufactured was sold on t'he local market, ana from those sale the company received £3075 (is 4d, export sales realising £6582 5s 3d, Petal receipts, including commission uid those under the heading of stores and whey cream, were £10,198 "s. Advances to suppliers totalled .117005 8s sd. Manufacturing charges totalled £1538 16s 10d, or 3.0723 d par lib buittenfat. Depreciation and repair? cost £2OO, or .4003 d per lb buttenfat, charges to f.o.b. £361 9s (id, or ,7226 d per l'b, and overhead expenses £302 '.lis sd, or .(io43d. Total charges equalled 4.7995 d per \h, compared with 4.8397 d for the previous season The factory's output was 1502 crates, compared with 1245 crates for the previous season.
