Approximately one-third of the cheese manufactured was sold on t'he local market, ana from those sale the company received £3075 (is 4d, export sales realising £6582 5s 3d, Petal receipts, including commission uid those under the heading of stores and whey cream, were £10,198 "s. Advances to suppliers totalled .117005 8s sd. Manufacturing charges totalled £1538 16s 10d, or 3.0723 d par lib buittenfat.
