SPANISH RESENTMENT
ITALO-C! K RMAN OFFICERS (Reed. Dec. 23. 9 a.m.J LONDON, Dec. 22. The Hendaye correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says that there is growing war weariness and resentment at the interference by Italian and German staff oflicers in domestic affairs.
The slogan “Spain for the Spaniards is increasingly heard. Two hundred arrests at San Sebastian arose largclv from feeling against the Italians leading to the wounding of the secretary of the Italian consulate.
