Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Dec. 12. ' Answering a question in the House of Commons the under-secretary for India, Lt.-Col. A. J. Muirhead, stated that there were now no persons, who had been convicted of offences in connections with the Indian civil disobedience movement. still in prison.
