CRUELTY ALLEGED

The film actress, Helen Vinson, has filed a suit for divorce from the professional tennis player, F. J. Perry, alleging cruelty, She alleges that he frequently cursed her and neglected social obligations. She asks for a division of their communal, property which is valued at £14,800.
