LEADING OWN LIFE BROADCAST BY LEADER (Reed. Dec. 5, noon.) PRAGUE, Dec. 4. The new Prime Minister of Czechoslovakia, Dr. Emil Beren, in his first broadcast speech, declared Czechoslovakia's unshakable will to lead her own life in accordance with milleniums of tradition.
