POLISH REARMAMENT
£80,000,000 PROGRAMME PLANS FOR EXPEDITION (Reed. Dec. 3,2 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 2. The Daily Telegraph’s Warsaw correspondent says that the Treasurer, M. Kwaitkowski, urges the expediting of rearmament and announces a three-year plan to spend £80.000,000 on defence works, concentrating on a strategic triangle in south and central Poland.
Armament and aeroplane plants are working at full blast.
